In the end of October 2002 a restructuring plan, aimed to improve the operational management of the growing businesses, was implemented. Pursuant to Court Ruling No 2820 from 31 October 2002 four separate companies were registered: Kalvacha Management AD, Kalvacha Gas AD; Kalvacha Engineering AD, and Kalvacha Investments AD.
