Calibration of LPG flow meters
KALVACHA ENGINEERING AD provides sale, repair, calibration and in-guarantee replacement services of flow meters, pumps, hoses, nozzles etc.

The Company has also a laboratory for LPG flow meters calibration, licensed by The Bulgarian Accreditation Office. KALVACHA ENGINEERING AD holds the only standard certificate for LPG in Bulgaria, registered with the National Metrology Centre, with a 0.042% relative error.
KALVACHA ENGINEERING AD has also its own metrology and engineering surveillance department and has developed its own stand for calibration of the flow meters of companies applying for the LPG dispensers repair certificate;
The company also performs repair, adjustment and control of LPG dispensers using its own calibrated gauge flow meters.

KALVACHA ENGINEERING AD is the only authorized Bulgarian company for installation and calibration of LIQUID CONTROL truck flow meters.

Modular premises with state-of-the-art design of aluminum millwork and plastic millwork

The company's manufacturing process is organized using its own output facilities and state-of-the-art technology. Aluminum millwork assembly line is equipped with the complete set of pneumatic and CPU machines, as well as with the complete selection of special pressing and matrix machines for all systems employed by the company. The complete set of equipment and staff expertise allow for rapid adjustment of each new system introduced.
The plastic millwork assembly line is equipped with CPU machines. The technological manufacturing process is highly concentrated in reference to the type of fittings used.
The double-glazed windows are produced using state-of-the-art doubly secured isolation technology. A technology for manufacturing of double-glazed windows with improved thermo-isolation has been introduced, which is made operational using the so-called K-glass (low emission glass fiber) and the filling of the air surroundings with gas or gas mixture. Thus, this technology makes possible the manufacture of double-glazed window packages twice as having better thermo-isolation capacity as the conventional manufacture. Moreover, technological equipment makes also possible the production of a number of double-glazed window types, involving convex, oval, and other types, accounting for customer preferences.
